3. Scope of Services
retireelaw provides advisory and representation services for retirees regarding inheritance, wills, powers of attorney, and dispute resolution. We also offer digital guides and printed manuals on related topics.
4. Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Professional Services
If you book a consultation or representation, you may reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will be reimbursed through the original payment method within 30 days. Services already rendered are not eligible for reimbursement, as professional time has been allocated on your behalf.
4.2 Information Products
Digital guides become accessible upon download. You may request reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided the guide has not been accessed. Requests should be submitted via our contact form. Approved requests will be processed within 14 days.
4.3 Physical Goods
Printed manuals may be sent back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will issue a reimbursement to your original payment method within 14 days, excluding initial shipping charges.
5. No-Reimbursement Services
Certain expedited services, such as emergency filings or on-site representation, are not eligible for reimbursement due to the immediate allocation of specialized resources. This policy ensures availability of expert personnel at short notice.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
